UX Designer

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Junior: 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving.
    • Mid-Level: 3-6 years of experience, with a track record of designing user-centered digital products.
    • Senior: 6+ years of extensive experience, leading design initiatives, mentoring, and contributing to design strategy.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
    • Prototyping: Experience creating interactive prototypes (low to high-fidelity).
    • User Research: Conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, persona development, journey mapping.
    • Wireframing and Information Architecture: Creating clear and intuitive user flows, sitemaps, and wireframes.
    • Understanding of: Usability principles, accessibility standards, responsive design.
    • Familiarity with: HTML/CSS (understanding of front-end development constraints).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong empathy for users and a user-centered design approach.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders).
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
