Vichna Kousum Run is the COO of eOcambo Technology (EOT), responsible for managing operations, finance, sales, and all business transactions. She ensures projects are executed smoothly and clients receive clear, professional service.

Known for her practical and team-focused leadership, Vichna helps keep EOT efficient, organized, and client-centered.

Outside of work, she creates calm, helpful content to support women in business and tech—promoting confidence, clarity, and growth.

Maco is the Chief Technology Officer at eOcambo Technology, where he leads the company’s technical strategy and ensures all systems align with business growth goals.

He is responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, data security, software architecture, and evaluating new technologies that support operational efficiency and innovation. Maco also leads efforts to enhance the company’s tech assets, prevent security breaches, and ensure client data remains protected.

Under his leadership, the tech team has successfully delivered hundreds of large-scale projects, including business management systems and mobile applications tailored to various industries.

Peter Phich brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on sales and marketing. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams and developed strategies that generated millions in revenue for previous employers.

As Chief of Development at eOcambo Technology, Peter leverages his deep industry knowledge to drive business growth, support strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Ian Chenoweth is a long-time business advisor and the former COO of eOcambo Technology during his time in Siem Reap. Now based in Australia, he continues to support the company as a strategic partner—offering guidance on the development and expansion of EOT’s products and services.

Together with Wayne Lach, Ian co-founded Comply Simply Pty. Ltd., an Australian company developed in partnership with eOcambo Technology. Leveraging EOT’s technical expertise, they have created business management systems and mobile applications that simplify complex compliance processes for clients across Australia.

With over 40 years of business experience across Australia and Asia, Ian brings invaluable insight and a global perspective that strengthens EOT’s growth both locally and internationally.

Wayne Lach is a respected Australian business leader with over 40 years of experience managing companies across various sectors, including large-scale transport and logistics operations.

As a strategic partner of eOcambo Technology, Wayne provides valuable insight and business expertise, helping shape and refine products and services to meet the high standards required in markets like Australia.
