Vichna is a highly experienced and skilled professional in the areas of financial management, networking and the hospitality and technology industry. With more than 10 years of experience, she has an extensive array of knowledge and expertise in these fields.

Vichna is affiliated with BNI Cambodia as a Director Consultant in the Siem Reap area, and is a member of the CWEA Siem Reap and Girl Guide Association in Siem Reap.

Vichna is a highly qualified professional with expertise in financial, project management, operation management, sales, and overall management. She is responsible for developing strategies to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently and that the company’s goals are achieved. Vichna is also responsible for creating and implementing financial goals, managing budgets, and supervising teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget. She is an excellent communicator and problem solver who is passionate about helping her organization reach its goals and objectives.

MACO THEOM

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Maco is the Chief Technology Officer of eOcambo Technology.

Maco has been managing the technical aspects of eOcambo Technology to ensure that they’re in line with the company’s growth targets.

Maco is responsible for managing the company’s technological plans, overseeing data security and management, maintaining the company’s  network, envisioning and assessing new forms of technology and how appropriate they are for business goals.

Also, he researches ways the company’s technological assets can be improved, creates networking safeguards that prevent security breaches and keep client information confidential and ensures technologies currently in use are efficient and making changes wherever necessary.

Together with his team, Maco has developed hundreds of big projects, business management software and mobile application.

PETER PHICH

CHIEF OF DEVELOPMENT

Peter has been working in the hospitality industry for more than a decade with seven years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

He has developed strategies to achieve millions of dollars in revenue for his past employers. Peter has successfully lead a number of sales and marketing team over his career achieving remarkable results.

Peter’s experience, knowledge and skills makes him a valuable member of eOcambo Technology as the Chief Of Development.

IAN CHENOWETH

AUSTRALIAN PARTNER

Ian is the former COO of eOcambo Technology when he was based in Siem Reap.  Having now returned to Australia, Ian provides valuable advice and support to the Directors especially focusing on the growth and development of eOcambo Technology products and services.

Along with Ian and Wayne Lach we have established a business partnership and shareholding in an Australia company, Comply Simply Pty. Ltd.  Using the expertise and skills of eOcambo Technology in Cambodia specialized Business Management Systems and Mobile Applications have been developed to solve and simplify very complex compliance requirements for clients in Australia.

Ian has spent more than 40 years working in businesses in Australia and throughout Asia and his knowledge and experience provides eOcambo Technology and its team with a very solid foundation now and into the future especially outside of Cambodia.
